Shipping Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
