 Here are some FAQs in regards to our exchange policy:

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, we are happy to accept an exchange for purchases made within the last seven days. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will look into the case once we receive your email, and then we will solve your problem. 

After seven days, we usually do not accept any return or exchange requests. 

 2. WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD?

We will provide an exchange for your order purchased within the last seven days. 

 3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?

We will provide you with the return address. But you need to pay the shipping fee and the price difference.

 4. MAY I EXCHANGE THE HAIR WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?

No. Before sending your exchange to us, you must contact us because the return address may differ from the address your order initially shipped. Also, we need the confirmation of the shipping company and tracking number. 

 5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

Once we receive the returned goods from you, we will check the returned good's condition. If the condition is good, we will process the refund or exchange within 1-2 business days. We suggest our customers use UPS as a shipper, and it takes 2-5 business days for your packages to be delivered.

THE BEST GRADE OF HAIR EXTENSIONS

Many customers are confused about the best grade hair extensions with mentioning hair grade, or what is the best grade of hair to buy? There are a lot of discussions about different hair grades because human hair extensions have become more and more popular in the past two decades, and the human hair market in the US has been now getting bigger with all kinds of attachments.

To distinguish the different qualities of virgin hair, the suppliers have developed a hair grading system. A special notice is that the hair grade system is only for Real human hair, not designed for other materials, such as synthetic hairs.

 

WHY 10A GRADE IS IMPORTANT?

There are many grades of hair. Typically, it’s 5A, 6A, 7A grade hair quality, and up to 10A grade. But there is not a Universal Standard for human hair grading. Different companies have different standards of grading, but the higher the grade, the better the quality. When we do hair collection, we will classify different grades of hair according to the raw hair situation, as the integrity of the hair cuticles. 

In My Virgin Hair  Online Store, we have 8A grade and 10A grade hair quality. But what do they mean?

It’s important to know exactly which grade you are going to buy.

Grade 10A is the best and luxurious hair. The hair is reinforced double drawn to give you a strong structure. It has the same length from top to bottom. It makes the hair look very thick and full, especially at the ends. You can dye the hair to a brighter color without much damage. With proper care, it can last up to 3 years. It is an excellent choice for a woman that loves her hair and does a lot with it.

No matter our 8A or 10A grade hair, they are all 100% high-quality human hair, unprocessed, chemical-free, soft, and tangle-free. All our hair is made according to strict standards, true to length, and weight. You can choose what you like according to your budget and needs.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VIRGIN HAIR AND REMY'S HAIR?

You may over hear Virgin hair and Remy hair terms synonymously, but these two have completely different definitions. Sometimes, you may use one phrase to describe the other, but you would not be doing it right. One thing in common is that they are 100% Human hair. Any harmful chemicals should not process Virgin hair. Another characteristic of Virgin hair is that all the hair comes from one donor.

As mentioned before, Virgin hair has not been processed by any harmful bleaches, including perms or color dye. The main difference between Remy hair and Virgin hair is that the Remy hair donor is more likely used to dye, bleach, or treat their hair, while Virgin hair donors didn’t use any chemicals at all and will always come as it is without having to be prepared.
